Taking to Instagram again, the actress and model shared a clip of a vehicle riding off into the sunset - possibly hinting at marriage.
Daniel O'Donnell's song Erin, Tennessee accompanied the social media video.
Billy was born in Kentucky, but has links to Tennessee with his children including Miley and Noah being born there.
